I have Cubase 8.5, hypnotic dance and Cubase Ai8. Cubase 8.5 & hypnotic dance works perfectly on my studio desktop.
Currently I am outside my studio so would I be able to install the Cubase AI8 in my laptop with hypnotic dance and Cubase AI8?

You will be able to install it, but your Activation (license) of Hypnotic Dance is already on your studio computer.
To be able to use it on your laptop, you need to move the license of Hypnotic Dance to an USB-eLicenser. Then you can plug this USB-eLicenser to any of your computer and use Hypnotic Dance. Then it makes sense to install even your Cubase Pro 8.5 on your laptop. And use it the same way.
