9.0.20 GUI even more sluggish!!!

The video above is a light session with about 40 audio tracks, CPU meter at around 10-15%.

And any plugins.? What’s the sample rate/bit depth you’re working at.? (its not 96 or 192 or something.?) How much RAM.?

I feel for ya; that video looks terrible, unworkable. So annoying that its smooth as you like for some (including me). Still on 9.0.10 mind, but am planning to update on Monday.

Its completely unworkable

All my sessions are 48khz/32FP. The one in the video has a few internal eqs and compressors, one Revelation reverb, two instruments (padshop and hive) and a Guitar Rig on a stereo group track. Ram usage is a bit more than 1GB. In my laptop I have 12gb and desktop 32gb (task manager reports about 20-30% used- depending on which system).

Ill finish these remaining sessions in 8.5.2(which is workable) and then Ill see what action to take when ill have some spare time.
