9.5.3 library loading at each start

Everything is here, look at the attachment plz: at each time Cubase starts, then the 66 libraries have to load… It takes 4-5 mns… Annoying thing that happen since version 9.5.2
It might have happened after I bought Halion or updated Win 10, don’t remember…

Does that happened to someone else?
How to fix it and avoid the loading as it was before ?? I use to be ready to make music in 1mn :mrgreen:

It happened to me when I accidentally had plugged the eLc dongle into a usb3 port.
Moved it back to a usb2 port, that solved it for me.
