I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 Home, and a fresh install of Cubase 9.5.
Cubase crashes on startup at ‘eLC’.
I tried reinstalling Cubase and the eLC, but still no startup.
How to fix this?

This might be worth a shot: Did you download and install the November 14 version of eLicenser software from here:
Also, do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed for your Windows instance?
If not, go here and install:
(Note: If one of those installer links doesn’t work, you may have to search around for the correct .NET 4 installer for your Windows instance.)
The same problem on Win7. I already updated eLicenser and I installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 for Win7 64
Can Steinberg fix it or can I get my money back?

I tried both things but it didn’t work, the problem is still here, doesn’t load on eLC.
