9.5 Error during setup (Solved)

I got this error (1603) during the install…

afterwards the process has everything installed
EXCEPT “Components”. It reads: Task Failed…

I re-downloaded and re-installed…nuthing.
Same error…

Try running the installer as Administrator instead of as a regular permissions limited user.
Right click the installer file and select Run As.
Post again if that doesn’t work.

Yes, this was all done under administration…

I managed to solve this.

The error was due to a lack of permissions. I had to re assign the permission to me.
The error seems to be caused by permission NOT being assigned…weird but solved …
