9.5 Mac GUI lag when scrolling in project window and mixer.

Repro:

  1. Open project with multiple tracks, enough tracks so you need to scroll through them because they don’t all fit on the screen (most projects).
  2. Scroll through the tracks vertically in the project window with the scroll bar, and it’s better than before but still bit jerky and not smooth.
  3. Scroll through channels quickly in the mixer, and it’s still very jerky and not smooth.
