9.5 Upgrade to 10, No USB e-License/Registration Email

So I purchased the upgrade on 11/25, I’ve emailed & called Asknet leaving messages but still zero replies from their “support”.

I never received an email after the PayPal purchase for a license/registration number for the USB dongle. Am I missing something here? I don’t see any way to download a license in the new Cubase Download app or anywhere - not even in my Steinberg account.
