A Cubase account can log in to three computers at the same time. If I have a fourth computer, how can I unbind one of the first three computers?

Have you tried to just deactivate one of the computers using the Steinberg Activation Manager?

As mentioned by GregOndo, you need to run Activation manager on one of the computers where you want to deactivate the license.

Be careful with activations: if one of licensed computers dies or you update hardware (and its hardware id changes), you wont be able to deactivate the license, and will have to contact Steinberg support.
