A does not equal 440

I am very new to Cubase. I have Cubase 9.5 artist. When I play A after middle C it is not set to 440 it is set to 478.0. The tune in Halion shows 440. All notes are off by 1.5 semitones. How can I change the concert tuning in Cubase?

Which preset were you using? Is it the same for all instruments? Do you have a MIDI controller?

Sample rate mismatch. Set project and soundcard to the same rate.

Oh yeah, I didn’t think about that. His audio interface is probably set to 48.000 kHz, while the project is set to 44.100 kHz.
