A few issues I noticed

Hi,

Just trying demo version of Cubase12.

I noticed a few issues and I’m not sure if they are only my problems or something still needs to be corrected in the future updates.

Crossfade Editor:

Chaining Mode/Until gap- doesn’t move all gaped clips. It moves clips until certain random position and followed (cross-faded) clips stay not touched. I couldn’t find any “rule”, why and when to expect they stop.

Markers:

doest display marker number

Newfangled Elevate plugin:

consumes almost all the processor power (much more than Cubase 11)

Together with other plugins impossible to use. (The other plugins seem to work correctly)

My system:

Win10/Intel Core i7-9700K/Gigabyte H370M D3H GSM/32 Gb RAM/SSD/RME Fireface UFX USB

Did you report this to Eventide?

Where do you expect these?

Oh Godness! 20 years of using Cubase seems not to be enough :wink:

I think they changed the default from show to don’t show with C12.

It also shows after the marker’s description now rather than before which is a bizarre and annoying change (unless this is something else that is customizable?).
