1. Open any project.
2. Place some tracks into a folder. At this point, when adjusting the horizontal zoom of the area where the tracks are stored, some layer errors will occur, and the originally existing black vertical line will disappear.\
This bug hasn’t been solved in recent hot fix.

Are you on Mac or Windows? If you are on Windows, what graphic card do you use?

I am a Mac user and had the exact same issue. I managed to fix it by going to System Settings > Displays and changing the Refresh Rate to “Variable”.
It seems like a rendering conflict between Cubase and the display settings. Switching to a variable refresh rate immediately stopped the layer errors and missing vertical lines when zooming. Hope this helps until Steinberg patches it!
