Hello,

The following example is copied from double bass voice.

What I have found with this example is that extremely large interval of the next note is selected by pressing “↓” not by pressing “→”.

after selecting the first note d3 (MIDI pitch number 62):

By pressing “→”, the number 3 is selected.
By pressing “↓”, the next note a is selected.

The sort of selection issue you’re describing is not uncommon. There’s been discussion of improvements to this behavior in the future, but for now, it’s a known behavior that you just have to adapt to!
