A Noteperformer window lost it's GUI

I have created a custom PB template with NP and Halion. It’s a large brassband score + piano.

I want Halion to play the pianopart, all others go to NP.
But applying this template gives me this:

No Halion.
And one of the NP GUI’s doesn’t open when I click the little e.
I can see it when >alt> -ing but it’s blank:

What’s happening here ?

Can you send me your custom playback template? I want to see if I can reproduce this here on my machine as well. If so, then this could help us immensely in cracking a long standing bug that we never could get grip on.
