I work a lot with expression maps. It would be great if the playing range of an instrument could be displayed in the key editor. Perhaps the different playing ranges of instruments can be integrated there.
For example: Then you can see playing range of a violin or where to find the playing styles on percussion instruments. Similar to what can already be seen in VST players like VSL Synchron or NI Kontakt. Highlighted in different colours.
