So, just ordered WaveLab 13 Element, and they can take my money fine, but they just can’t seem to deliver on the product. I can open neither the Activation Manager nor the Download Assistant, citing “dre-424” and suggesting I reach out on a landline phone(!) to a support number that might be open five hours a day.
Can anyone help before I’m left on hold for four hours to ask for a refund?
