About NotePerformer 4 + Cinematic Piano + Kontakt

Dorico 5 no sounds with noteperformer 4
When I load the Cinematic piano, this dialog box appears。

Please help me :pray::pray::pray::pray:

not with me so I suggest you check your CSP installation. Does it open in standalone Kontakt is the first test? If that doesn’t work then it does suggest that Kontakt cannot find the files - perhaps they were not installed in the same location as other K7 libraries?

Thank you for your answer. The Cinematic Piano sounds normally in kontakt7.

did you check from the NP help page NotePerformer 4: Artificial Intelligence-based Playback of Musical Notation that your installation exactly matches the filesize so there’s no possibility of corruption? It’s also essential for NPPE that you have the most up to date version of the CS piano - you can check that in Native Access.

Kontakt version must be 7.6?

Eh? Kontakt is currently on 7.10 (7.10.6 to be precise) as you will be able to see in Native Access

Perhaps you should contact Arne @Wallander to ask about this.

Thank you. I updated to Kontakt7.8 and it’s normal.

just to be clear – I ran Native Access to make sure my Kontakt was completely up to date and the CS piano still loads fine.

Obviously the Kontakt 7.6 from the screenshot was the latest version at the time of the help document which means that in theory, every version AFTER that should be OK. Having said that, incompatibilities can of course crop up from time to time but unless anyone else has an issue with the piano and the latest version of Kontakt, it’s most likely your installation is corrupt in some way as the help document suggests.

OK - so it looks like you were simply running an old version. Glad it’s sorted now, anyway.

@William_Ren, for the sake of others searching/encountering, I took the liberty of editing your thread title to include the details about CP and Kontakt. I hope you don’t mind.
