Access code are not sent by email

Access codes are not sent by email.

I bought Cubase Pro 10 on June 2th. I made a purchase as a non-member, and I have clearly entered my email address.

The payment has been completed and a button to download the cubes has appeared on the screen. So I downloaded it. And the receipt of PayPal was sent by email.

But the access code was not mailed. So I am not able to register Cubase and use it.

Can I receive mail again?
PayPal’s purchase details and bank account records are available.

Have you checked your email spam and junk folders? Maybe the email went there. If not, I would submit a support ticket through your MySteinberg account (or, if possible, call them) to request another.
