Where did this happen?
It happens whenever I open the Steinberg hub
Are you maybe using a VPN and/or network and/or browser security software that might interact badly with Steinberg’s servers?
For example blocking cookies or JavaScript or connecting from an IP address that’s often used by malicious hackers may trigger automated anti-hacker defenses by Steinberg’s (and other) servers.
No nothing like that just straight forward browser (Mac). I also have Dorico 5 and when I open the hub there its exactly how it should be.
I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted etc numerous times and still get the same window.
I was told it was an isp problem

I just get the trial version of cubase and have the same problem …
I was using the trial version but getting no help from steinberg I decided not to purchase the full version.
