I have created saved user pad presets, but when I try to access them all I see is one folder called Verve. Not sure how to navigate to my user preset library

In the top right of your screenshot - where it says ‘All’ (Green tab) and then ‘factory’ and ‘user’ next to it.
Click on ‘factory’ to turn factory presets off and your user presets will be shown. You’ll need to click on ‘all’ again lower down to see the list of user presets
