I’m an idiot. I’m trying to upgrade from Cubase 11 to Cubase 13, but I accidentally purchased the Cubase Artist 13 to Cubase 13 upgrade.
I sent an email to Steinberg support letting them know what happened. I haven’t used the download code I got either.
I checked FastSpring (Steinberg’s online payment vendor) website for refunds and it said to contact the company (Steinberg) directly instead of them.
Has anybody else had any experience getting a refund or Steinberg switching to the correct upgrade before?

An email will be created, you will just fill in a few requested data.
