What notation options I have to check to avoid things like that?
I know I could change the Eb for D# (or Ab to G#), but I need to keep them as it is for specific reasons.

I’m pretty sure there isn’t a notation option to counteract this.
Select the notes and turn on their Accidental property. The dropdown immediately to the right will probably default to Hide, but if not then that’s the other thing to do.
