Accidentals shortcut doesn't work at NumPad

Hi,

I try to add nature/ flat /dote note by using short cut at NumPad but it doesn’t work… (sharp and other note work when I press their short key)

But the function work well when I press -/./0 at other place
Did I miss anything?

Also, try to restore factory settings but can’t find at preference.

Welcome to the forum @Ellisia - as far as I’m aware, the key commands for accidentals must be pressed on a standard computer keyboard; the number pad keys are separate and not set up to input accidentals.
