I am having similar problems to several other posters on the board. I have Cubase 6, upgraded from Cubase 4. I’d like to purchase the upgrade to 8.5. I have not logged in to the Steinberg boards or store in quite a while (haven’t needed to). I was not able to log in using the credentials I have written down, so I had to create this new account in order to post this question. I tried to reactivate/register my eLicense USB token serial number, but got the message that it is registered to another user, so the old account is still there, but I can’t access it.
Note: My old account is likely under an email address I don’t have access to any more.
