I bought Dorico some minutes ago and accidentally I pasted the Download Access Code in the Download Assistant while being logged in with my brother’s credentials. Is there any possible way to move the activation from one account to another? I also have my Nuendo licence to my main account and I don’t want to change activation accounts every time I want to use Dorico because it is almost sure that I will need them open simultaneously…
I had checked the Activation Manager to have the correct user logged in but I thought those two are interconnected somehow and I didn’t check the user at the Download Assistant…I can’t believe I did such a silly thing…
I had a similar problem where I had two accounts with Steinberg. Support merged the two accounts into one. I guess they can sort that out in your case also.
That’s reassuring for me but as far I as I know there isn’t a direct worldwide support ticket option right? In my account under support category directs me to my local distributor
