Activation assistant won’t believe i have a registered Cubase 15 pro license; and won’t let me use cubase
Please show us a screenshot of the Steinberg Activation Manager. Please note name of the app (Manager, not Assistant)
Im also having the same issue. I have just purchased the license for cubase elements 15, I have gone through every single step multiple times to ensure that the steinberg activation manager detects my new license, and no matter what ive done it just says license not found. I have redeemed the code multiple times in the download assistant and have downloaded the cubase application. It shows in the My Products tab in the downlead assistant, all that and it refuses to see that I have a license, and I have done innumerable fixes recommended to me

This usually happens if you are logged in to the Activation Manager with a different Mail id. It has to be the same you have used for entering your Download Access Code in the Download Assistant.
To check your licenses you can also login to your mySteinberg online profile, there you can see the licenses you have registered.
