I didn’t receive it when i downloaded it

When did you buy your Cubase, please? Which edition? Why do you need the Activation Code?

I didnt but it i just download it from the download assistant and asking me about the activation code

You have to buy it to use it. Or you can get a trial of Cubase 12: https://www.steinberg.net/cubase/trial/

But if i buy a usb- elicenser would i able to use cubase if i didnt buy it?

Hi,

You have to buy Cubase license.

You can use Cubase Trial for 30 days (without buying it) in the Trial mode (all features are available). You don’t need USB-eLicense for Cubase 12 at all.
