hi guys, sorry if this topic is duplicated or something but after set up my new macbook i re install cubase 11 elements and once i try to enter the new activation code, i get this message:

and now i don’t know how to get a new e-licencer code to then get a new activation code, i feel like im stuck on this, so, someone can help/guide me to solve this?
