First of all, what product do you want to activate? Your message is in the Cubasis Forum, that is for iOS and Android. But the text says Cubase, which is Windows or Mac.
In case of Cubasis it is simply a redownload from the corresponding App Store (Google or Apple).
Because you mention Cubase Elements I guess it is the version for Mac or Windows. Here you need to say what release of Cubase you are using.

What Release of Cubase do you have?
If it is Cubase 12 or 13 you need to start the Activation Manager.
If it is Cubase 11 or earlier you need to reactivate your Soft eLicenser on the ne Computer.
