Is there any easy way to add a blank/empty measure at the cursor? All these years I’ve been having to cut and move my entire project, manually moving tempo events and making sure time signatures line up, it’s a huge hassle.

Set the Left and Right locators to the position, where you want to add new measures (silence for Cubase). From Edit menu select Range > Insert Silence. Instead of the locators range, empty bars will be insert, and all events moved to the right.
