Add Track: a serious problem has occurred

Hello,
When I try to add a MIDI / Audio / Instrument track, the following error occurs:
"a serious problem has occurred…"Cubase 10.5.20.179 64bit 2021.3.30 12.01.14.011.dmp (594.7 KB) err

please help to solve this problem

Please, update to the latest Cubase 10.5.30.

Updated to the latest Cubase 10.5.30, but it did not help.
The error still appears.

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

After update to version 11, the error does not appear.
