how do I add a tie when I don’t have note afterward (see picture, I added them with a pen)
Add a laissez vibrer tie from the Properties Panel at the bottom of the window.

One issue with l.v. ties is that Dorico includes them in the horizontal spacing algorithm, increasing the distance between the notehead and barline here. You’ll also almost certainly need to adjust the endpoints. In your situation you may find simply creating a tie to a hidden note/stem is preferable. That way there’s no effect on spacing and the endpoints will remain correct if the layout changes. In the image below, the first tie is an unedited l.v. and second one is unedited to a hidden note.
