Hi,i was reading a tutorial and the producer was using bitwig,and a plugin called multiband fx3.in it he was able to add delay only on midrange of a track.
can i do this on cubase 9.5?

Yes, you can route the signal to the FX Channel. On the FX Channel, you can make the band filter. And then apply the Delay here.
