Adding Inserts

I’m want apply compression and eq to all tracks. I tried to set up an fx channel to do this, but I couldn’t apply these effects to all tracks. I did set up an fx channel to send reverb to all tracks and that worked fine. I’m not sure if I have to do it using a group channel. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes set up the EQ and compressor on a group track and route all the tracks that you want affected to this group track. If you want every track affected you could even set up the effects on your master output buss.
