How should this proposed option deal with any already existing Audio in the Project - convert all of them to the new sample rate?

This proposed option shouldn’t appear at all if—at that time—any audio files are in the pool. I was thinking maybe Cubase should behave more like some video editing programs where when you add the first video clip in the timeline, you are asked if you want to adjust some of the project settings…
