I hope this has not being discussed already, if so I am sorry I could’t find it.
I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the velocity of the notes when they are clicked in the score. They sound very loud (when I click them to select them) compare to how loud they sound when playing the piece.

I’m afraid there’s no way to do this at the moment, but it’s on our list for the future.

+1 Overall playback can be at a reasonable level, but clicking on one note can scare the bejesus out of a person… especially if you have the volume turned up. 
I’m now partially deaf because of this ^^ mostly because all my compositions are melancholic and sad ppp 
I was wondering if this has been achieved in Dorico 3. It seems that in the Mixer there is something called DoricoBeep Click, but it doesn’t change the clicking notes volume. Thank you!
No, there’s no change for this in Dorico 3.
