After Clear Cycle Locator cycle locator stays visible

I don’t know if this expected behavior, but when I clear cycle locater an grey line appears at the beginning off the score. I’m on Windows 11.

You can hide it in the new View Options (Ctrl+Shift+V) or in this new tool:

You can also set whether they should display by default in the new View Options dialog:

Ok I understand but in that case I would love that when I have the view of cycle locater off by default and I set one, and clear that one the view is again off.
