After upgrade to 13pro no interaction with Arturia Keylab 49 mkII

Hi,

I upgraded from cubase 11 pro to 13 pro and lost connection with my Arturia Keylab 49mkII. I’ve seen likewise topics but I does not seem to solve this issue.

When I open Analog Lab and choose different synths it is showing in the Keylab on the display, but the keys does not work.
I do have sound when using the keyboard from the virtual instrument.

I opened midi remote manager but can not select Keylab 49 MKII
In the midi Port setup the in and out is active.

As a new user I can only upload one png apparently…
I honestly have no idea how to solve this, it was perfectly working in Cubase 11 pro.

Welcome to this forum!

For a start, make sure that the MIDI input for your instrument track is set either to All MIDI Inputs or even the Keylab mkII 49 port.

I’m using Cubase 12 Pro but I tested Cubase 13 Pro for a month and I’m going to switch to it this month
It worked very well with my Keylab MKII 88
but my midi setup setting is a little different

Hey,

thanks for the quick reply.
Midi input was set to all midi inputs. I switched to Keylab mkII 49 and back to All midi inputs and all of a sudden I had sound when pushing the keys…

Very bizar.
