After upgrading to Cubase 14 Pro, all my custom Key Commands are gone

Hello fine gentlemen! I just upgraded today to Cubase 14 Pro. I am really stoked about this one because Cubase now supports DAWproject files, which is so damn cool!

Unfortunately, after installing it, all of my custom Key Commands, Macros, and Project Logical Editor Macro thingys are all gone. Does anyone know how I can get them back? Where are they stored on MacOS?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I would try to open cubase 13, save a profile from the profile manager and than import it on cubase 14. Generally that works great with the vast majority of settings (including key commands).

I’m on Ventura and luckily installing C14 from C13.0.50 luckily imported 99% of my numerous customizations.

After saving your profile you can find the general path to your profiles here:

I know, you´re asking for the location on a MacOS. However, if it as tricky on a MacOS as on a WindowsOS to find the actual location of the profiles (not listed in the link above) after the general path - this might help you:

On a Windows OS you need to open application files behind the general path and not the folder named after the Cubase version you are looking for. Here, you´ll find another set of folders named after your installed Cubase versions, too. That´s where you´ll find your profiles (*srf).

Saving your profile, make sure to do it in this order:

The Key Commands are gone from Cubase 13 as well. When I open it, its just the regular default key commands. There are 3 different profiles which I can choose, but they all load the same default key commands.

this table I have found helpful.

Yes and the Crossfade doesn’t work properly anymore.
I made a Macro for my Workflow. But now it’s a mess

Your custom key commands should be in

Username/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Cubase 12/Presets/

folder of your old machine or backup.

I just got mine back in when I tried to use that Profile Manager thing - it wiped out all my custom key commands and other stuff. All that info is in the
