AI 7 time signature changing?

I am wondering if this is available in AI 7. IE, switching between 3/4 and 4/4 in a song?

I think so. Add a Signature track, and use it to change the Signature.

That’s what I had found on some tutorial vids but it doesn’t seem to an option in AI 7. I was curious as to it being renamed or moved but I think it’s just a limitation of this OEM version.
