Update 8.0.35 not working on El Capitan.

Unfortunately, we cannot does it crash, because the crash report is not complete. Even then, if really Cubase crashes (not any 3rd party plug-in), then the Steinberg developers need to decode the crash log.
When does it crash on your system exactly? While loading Cubase What is displayed on the splash screen? Or while loading a project? Is it the same for all projects? Are you sure all of your plug-ins are El Capitan compatible?
Yeap, this cutted version I use without 3rd party plugings.
