You’re in galley view, I guess. Dorico doesn’t align chord symbols in galley view across the width of the system, since it’s infinitely wide. Switch to page view.

Are you sure you have this Engraving Option checked?
I get the same results as you when it’s not checked, but the alignment is fine when it is.
