Am I eligible for c12 grace period?

I bought c11 and installed it in August 2021.
I am running e licencer, it finishes and I don’t see anything saying either that I am eligible for upgrade or not.
Does this mean I am not?
How can one tell if he HAS to pay the upgrade …again?

But I am asking if those after 11 9th get some kind of message whereas the others don’t
