An error occurred while saving an endpoint configuration


Often, when saving an endpoint configuration (from the command at the bottom of the VSTi panel), I get a generic “An error occurred” message.

It seems that the configuration is saved. But I don’t know what can have been gone wrong, and which type of data I could have lost.

Is there a chance to add more information to this error message? Knowing what has gone wrong can help tracking the error to both the user and the developers.
