Hello there, when I duplicate other tracks without content, an event I record right before duplicating will be deleted.
In the video, I recorded some phrases on the sketch track, and I duplicated “MS Nylon Gt” without content using macro, the event on the sketch track was deleted.
Are you sure the newly created track (the one created by duplication) becomes selected? Are you sure, it becomes selected before triggering the follow up commands?
