Is there an online course where I can learn how to use DORICO?

Is this authorized by DORICO?

While it’s not exactly an online course, it’s recommended to start with the first steps, which after completion should give you a nice headstart.

Ernesto Aguirre is good (he makes some of the official Dorico Youtube Channel videos), and even of I don’t know his course specifically, I think he is good at explaining Dorico.
