When I open Cubase 13, I always get an annoying message: “No valid EuCon software can be found on the system. Please download and install the relevant EuCon software, reinstall the EuCon adapter, and restart your application.” This message, which appeared with the trial version of Cubase 13 Pro, persists when starting the program with the purchased version of Cubase 13 Pro. How can I fix it?

If you open Studio Setup Dialog do you see any devices there that might use EuCon? If so, you can right click it and remove it.
