This has driven me NUTS since SX1. Yer scrubbing through yer CPR and you hold down the mouse to edit a few notes and just as yer about to click?

AHHGHGHGHGGHHGHGH the spinning wheel of autosave.

Happens to me at least 5 times a day. It is without a doubt THE worst buzzkill in Cubase. (followed closely by that stupid loop thingee in the ruler).

WAIT UNTIL THERE IS NO KEYBOARD OR MOUSE ACTIVITY!

How tough can this sort of basic UI stuff be?

Absolutely. Give it at least 5 sec. or so of no user actions before acting.

That hourglass thing with the autosave. In this age with cutting edge CPUs, SSDs, etc. Still a thing… I cannot believe it.
