Hey guys!
Another Boo-Boo here.
This time not tea related
I have just installed the brand new GGD drum library Invasion 2. Sounds amazing BUT! it feels a little broken maybe still has a few cobwebs needs dusting away and when i went through some prests BLAM!! i got this screen alert.
Now…at the time time i was running OBS because i wanted to screen record some stuff but anyone who knows just simply opening up OBS and clicking record to screen record Cubase WITH sound is not just a “click record” process…you need stuff. I used ReaStream becaue its the only thing that works for me…kinda. Its unstable and can cause crashes because its not vst3 (legacy VST 1.0) and Cubase dont like anything thats not vst3. So…i think it MAY be Restream that flatlined my project but just incase im here to ask if anyone can check the DMP file i got from the crash.
Cubase 15.0.30 64bit2026.10.15 12.38.01.387.dmp (1.1 MB)
Hope you are all well.
Rock on dudes! \m/
OS: Windows 10 22H2 (build 19045)
CPU: likely a Core i5-9600K
Cubase: Cubase 15.0.30.287
Result: Bug in GGD Invasion 2.
Copilot Analysis:
This crash happened inside the GGD Invasion 2 drum plug-in, not in Cubase, Windows or MIDI. Two parts of the plug-in tried to use missing audio buffers at the same moment, which points to a bug in the plug-in. Please send the crash file to GetGood Drums support and check for a newer version of Invasion 2. If the crashes started after a recent Invasion 2 update, tell them that too. If Cubase saved a second crash file from the same time (12:38), send it as well. Stopping playback before changing kits or presets in the plug-in might help, but that’s only a guess.

Thanks dude!
Its a brand new library literaly came out yesterday so im kinda puttting it down to a few creases possibly still need ironing out. No updates yet and ive contacted GGD about it. I will send them the DMP file. Yeah i swapped out a snare drum whilst not stopping playback and thats when it went dead.
Thanks again bro.
