What’s the better way to have a separate monitoring Master bus to have some tool plugins or ambient correction plugins (arc, reference ecc…) without putting on the 1st master buss?
I guess via control room. I put those plugin on insert slots of monitor in control room. Is that the right way? If i make a mixdown there is no need to disable them in this way o it is wrong?

That is totally correct.
Yeah you don’t have to worry about mixing down with plugins enabled in the control room. All that matters is the main master channel.
