I have a feeling a post like this doesn’t belong here, but I wrote to Steinberg Online Shop Support on Wednesday and I haven’t received a reply yet. I also saw no way to contact them through social media.
So here it goes: I bought Cubase 10 (¡yay!) on May 17th and I still haven’t received the USB e-Licenser I need to start using it. Needless to say this is becoming quite the problem since I have several projects with deadlines and I can’t get to them because of this. Please help!
